CPT 1040 — — Introductory Computer Applications
Introduces students to general computer terms and concepts. In addition, students will learn how to operate a microcomputer and to use the computers in the campus microcomputer labs. The students will learn about the Windows operating system and how to use a word processor (Microsoft Word) and an electronic spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel). Some keyboard experience is recommended. Self-paced and proficiency exam(s) available. Offered: Fall.
