NSG 3040 — — Nursing Leadership and Management

Explores the different concepts and types of leadership and management (i.e. policies, procedures, and budgetary measures) in a complex healthcare society. At the end of this course the student will be able to apply leadership and managerial concepts, skills, and decision-making in a changing healthcare system. 'C' grade policy applies.
