AGRIC 242 — Crop Production
is an introduction to the production of agronomic crops. Course topics will include seed selection; seedbed preparation; tillage, plant breeding and biotechnology; growth stages and development; harvesting; cropping practices and management strategies; production costs; and profitability. This course is applicable toward AAS; areas of concentration include agriculture (credit hours 3.0, lecture hours 3.0).
