BUS 232 — Business Law & Ethics
includes a study of the legal and social environment of business, with emphasis on business ethics and corporate social responsibilities. Areas of concentration include governmental regulation of business, securities law, consumer protection law, labor law, and employment law. This course is applicable toward all certificates and degrees; areas of concentration include business (credit hours 3.0, lecture hours 3.0).
