HVAC 251 — Commercial HVAC/R
concentrates on commercial packed rooftop units. Troubleshooting 208v 3 phase compressors, 208v 3 phase contactors, high and low safety pressures switches, 208v single phase condenser fan motors on the regfrigeration side. On the heat side, troubleshooting 120v draft inducers, limit and rollout switches, 120v/24v ignition modules/circuit boards, 208v single phase blower motors and economizers. This course is applicable toward all certificates, AAS, ALS (credit hours 3.0, lecture hours 2.0, lab hours 2.0).
