ADS 2016 — Introduction to Project Management
This course covers concepts of project management. A project plan will be created which provides the roadmap to develop, implement, control and close your project. The importance of establishing timelines and budgets will be covered, as well as the methods used to monitor and control schedules. The need for time management and team building will be covered as they relate to project management.
