AGRI 2402 — Employment Preparation for Agricultural Professionals
This course covers essential topics to gain and maintain successful employment in the agricultural industry. Students examine and prepare a wide variety of job application documents. Topics include interviewing and job performance skills related to self-assessment, presenting a professional image, work attitudes, diversity in the workplace, stress management, conflict resolution, team building, dealing with criticism, and work performance appraisals.
