This course is an introduction to the structure and function of the human body. Topics will be covered utilizing a systems approach (i.e. nervous system, cardiovascular system, etc). The course begins with the topics of basic biochemistry, cell structure and function, and tissues of the human body. This course is designed as a general education course for the liberal arts major.
