EDUC 1410 — Introduction to Autism Spectrum Disorder
This course will study ways educators can look for characteristics of autism in those children yet to be identified and help children with autism reach their highest potential. Setting up a positive social climate, helping children learn life skills, managing behavior, helping them communicate and encouraging children with autism to play will also be discussed.
