GSWS 1451 — First Aid/Safety
This course provides emergency care instruction for anyone who works with the public. It includes legal rights of the injured, treatment for obstructed airway, management of cardiac arrest using an automatic defibrillator, management of fractures, spinal injury, and medical emergencies until the ambulance arrives. Successful students will receive First Aid and CPR certification.
