HIMC 1341 — Health Records Documentation
This course addresses health record documentation requirements in ambulatory care, long-term care, home care, hospice, and behavioral care settings. Students will learn about the types and formats of health record notes, and practice analyzing health records for regulatory compliance and completeness.
