MSM 1212 — Introduction to Wealth Management
This course is designed to help students make better financial decisions and build a foundation in wealth management. Students will explore how to plan, manage, and grow financial resources to achieve financial goals. Topics include budgeting, credit, major purchases, insurance, investing, and risk management strategies such as diversification and emergency savings. Through practical activities, such as interviewing financial professionals and managing a simulated investment portfolio, students will develop the financial literacy and decision-making skills needed to build and protect wealth.
