MSM 2110 — Principles of Supervision
This course introduces students to the fundamentals of supervisory management and the essential skills required to lead and develop employees. Topics include leadership styles, communication, team building, managing diversity, decision making, motivation, and performance appraisal. Students will learn techniques to handle workplace challenges and strengthen their ability to supervise effectively within an organizational structure.
