This course examines the principles and practices of strategic management and their role in achieving organizational success. Students explore how managers formulate strategies, make decisions, and lead teams to address real-world business challenges. Topics include the four functions of management.  Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, as well as ethics, leadership, communication, organizational culture, and conflict resolution. Emphasis is placed on developing strategic thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills through applied projects and case studies.
