MSM 2850 — Small Business Development

This course provides students with the knowledge and tools needed to explore, plan, and launch a small business. Students will examine various types of business start-ups and legal structures while utilizing community resources for business consultation and funding.  Through the development of a comprehensive business plan, students will learn how to apply marketing, management, and financial principles to create a successful small business venture.
