PRNU 1210 — Nursing Care of the Older Adult
<span style="font-size:11.0pt">Students will learn how practical nurses support the health and well-being of older adults in residential and restorative care settings. Students will explore common health conditions affecting aging adults, based on data from the CDC, and provide safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care. Students will build confidence and competence using evidence-based nursing skills through lab and simulation experiences focused on caring for older adults.</span>
