WELD 1316 — Shielded Metal Arc Welding Shop 1
In the shop, students will learn the basic skills related to the Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) process introducing electrodes, joint configurations, and electrode/puddle control. Learning will focus on machine set-up and the flat welding technique/position.
