BIO 10600 — General Biology II
Explore the form and function of plant and animal groups from an evolutionary viewpoint in this second semester of a two-lab science sequence. Students learn about plant structure, growth, reproduction, and transport as well as responsiveness, hormonal control, circulation, nutrition, gas exchange, body defense, and excretion in animals. Laboratory exercises include animal dissections and study of live plants and animals, museum mount specimens, models, and slides to reinforce lecture concepts.
