BIO 20700 — Microbiology
The study of the structure and function of microorganisms. Areas of emphasis will include: microbial morphology and nomenclature; growth and reproduction; enzymology; cellular bioenergetics; biochemical activities; clinical microbiology encompassing microbial control, immunology and disease processes.
Prerequisites: BIO 10500, BIO 10600, BIO 10700, BIO 10900, BIO 11000, BIO 11100
