CYB 25000 — Introduction to the Internet of Things
An introduction to the Internet of Things (IoT). Topics include IoT concepts, challenges, security, IoT applications in different industries, basic electronics, electronic components, scientific method, sensors, relays, controllers, fog computing, networking, wireless communication and open and closed-loop systems. Lab work includes design, prototyping, documentation and data collection of IoT solutions using Raspberry Pi, Arduino and sensors.
