Interested in assessing the cybersecurity threat landscape? This course prepares students for roles as entry-level cybersecurity analysts by providing them with the knowledge required to detect, analyze, and escalate basic cybersecurity threats using common open-source tools. Topics include operating systems, network protocol analysis, network attack classification, endpoint vulnerability and attack detection, network intrusion analysis, and incident response models.
