EXS 11410 — Community Health & Wellness

Identifying issues related to an individual’s mental, physical, and health, assists in improving an individual’s overall wellness. Discussions will include the dimensions of wellness, the importance of exercise, healthy nutrition, stress management, and chronic diseases. Throughout the course, the student will learn effective strategies to overcome obstacles to behavior change, as well as make healthier lifestyle choices.
