Subjects such as judicial evidence, proof, law of evidence, degree of certainty, kinds and types of evidence, relevancy and irrelevancy, materiality and immateriality, competency and incompetency will be covered. The course also covers the admissibility of evidence, confessions, reported testimonies, documented evidence, privileged communications, and sufficiency of evidence.
