In this class you will learn how to setup a home network. We will cover wired and wireless technology. In addition you will learn how to exchange data with your PDA, Pocket computer. You will also learn how to access your computer remotely from anywhere. In this class we will cover: What is a network? What components are needed The cost of a home network How to setup a wired and/or wireless network How to secure your network How to share documents on the network How to setup a networked printer How to back up the computers on the network.
