Just because a dish is healthy doesn't mean it has to be flavorless, learning how to cook healthy and nutritious meals can be fun and tasty as well. These classes offer an array of techniques that can be applied to everything you cook at home from scratch. Come in and explore some of these ideas with our chef instructors as they open your mind to what creates flavor and how to maintain nutritional value in each dish. Students will work in pairs to create these delights. In this class students will make two different soups that capture the essence of healthy soup making. We will make an Asian inspired vegetable consommé garnished with spicy shellfish. The other soup will be something of a thicker variety using squash, apple and exotic spices.
