Just because a dish is healthy doesn't mean it has to be flavorless, learning how to cook healthy and nutritious meals can be fun and tasty as well. These classes offer an array of techniques that can be applied to everything you cook at home from scratch. Come in and explore some of these ideas with our chef instructors as they open your mind to what creates flavor and how to maintain nutritional value in each dish. Students will work in pairs to create these delights. In this class we will explore how to increase the aspects of flavor through the chosen recipes. Various techniques for reducing sodium and fat will be employed into two easy to make dishes that include proteins, vegetables, and starches or grain cookery.
