CFH-710 — Intro to Professional Cooking
This course will prepare students for entry level foodservice positions at sandwich shops, supermarkets and convenience stores. Each student will prepare for the ServSafe certification, and learn the basics of deli operations and short order cooking and get an additional week of hands on cooking.
