3 Lecture Hours, 3 Credits Prerequisites: BUSN 200 This course examines the understanding of corporate responsibility, the implications of managers’ and employees’ actions and laws that apply to people and organizations. Topics include the legal and moral responsibilities of managers, managing ethical conduct, ethical decision making, case studies and ethics as it relates to the organization.
