CETE 206 — Evidence and Procedures for Boundary Location
3 Lecture Hours, 3 Credits Prerequisites: CETE 108 This course presents a systematic study of the applications of the laws of boundaries and evidence necessary for boundary determination. The history and development of land boundaries, the surveyor’s role in court, court procedures and legal elements of surveying are studied.
