CETE 209 — Cost Estimating
3 Lecture Hours, 3 Credits Prerequisites: CETE 201 This course provides theoretical and practical experience in developing contract documents, detailed estimates, and bill of materials of a construction job. Emphasis is on factors contributing to the contract including permits and specifications, local taxation and overhead and profit.
