COGA 118 — Introduction to Animation

2 Lecture Hours, 2 Lab Hours, 3 Credits Prerequisites: COGA 115 Course Fees: B, G In this course, students will learn to use the five primary media types (text, graphics, sound, animations, and video) to create dynamic and visually rich games and interactive products. The focus of the course will be game/interactive media theory, basics of animation, and correct preparation of text and graphics in game/interactive authoring tools. Practical real projects, completed in a computer lab setting, will be created to support student learning.
