COMM 305 — Writing, Research, and Technology
3 Lecture Hours, 3 Credits: Prerequisites: AA Arts & Sciences Communications Options; Enrollment in 3+1 Program This course presents the rhetorical, social, and practical dimensions of writing and researching in networked contexts. Students analyze and compose with audio, video, image, and text, using a variety of digital writing practices. Students blend research methods informed by current literacy theories and modalities, allowing them to explore meaning-making, circulation, and the ethical ramifications of writing within digital communities.
