CSCI 179 — PC Support & Services
4 Lecture Hours, 4 Credits Prerequisites: ENGL 060 or ENGL 100 Provides students with the technical training and diagnostic skills required to support PC technology in a multi-faceted environment including operating systems essentials, troubleshooting, hardware installation and configuration, printer diagnostics and troubleshooting, and an overview of local area networks. During hands-on lab instruction, students are teamed in small work groups to Prerequisite: apart and rebuild a PC.
