DMSI 126 — Introduction to Clinical Practicum and Scan Lab
90 Clinical Hours,1 Lab Hours, 2 Credits Prerequisites: HPRF 104, C or higher in BIOL 105, BIOL 106 Pre or coreq: HPRF 102, DMSI 113 Program Fee: $2,000 This course will expose the students to the internal workings of an imaging department. The student will begin to develop ultrasound skills in a diagnostic imaging department. Activities developing practice skills will take place in the campus scan lab and in hospital or outpatient imaging centers.
