DMSI 240 — Clinical Practicum III
360 Clinical Hours , 8 Credits Prerequisite: DMSI 230 Corequisite: DMSI 250 Program Fee: $2,000 In an off-campus healthcare setting, students will practice hands-on ultrasound scanning under the supervision of the healthcare staff. Students are assessed and required to achieve scan competency in multiple exam types during this clinical rotation. This course has a focus on obstetrics and gynecological scanning. Clinical experiences occur in a variety of health care settings.
