ENGL 221 — Short Story
3 Lecture Hours, 3 Credits Prerequisites: ENGL 102 This course offers a historical and/or thematic approach to the study of selected short stories, with emphasis on form, theory, and interpretation. Short stories are studied as a unique genre; students engage in advanced critical thinking and practice advanced writing skills initiated in ENGL 102.
