ENGL 250 — Critical Methods I
3 Lecture Hours, 3 Credits Prerequisites: ENGL 101 or ENGL 101E This course introduces students to foundational skills in close-reading, textual analysis, and literary terminology by focusing on three major literary genres: poetry, short fiction, and drama. Critical Methods I will provide students with essential skills to help them proceed to higher-level English courses, and for that reason, it is a prerequisite for Critical Methods II.
