ESLL 010 — Listening & Speaking I
3 Lecture Hours, 3 Credits Prerequisites: Appropriate score on placement assessment This Introductory level course provides instruction in basic academic listening and speaking skills. Students practice listening for main ideas and specific information, identifying stressed words and reductions, getting meaning from context, and speaking in many simple role-playing situations. (Students must possess a basic understanding of English to enter this course).
