ESLL 030 — Listening & Speaking III
3 Lecture Hours, 3 Credits Prerequisites: ESLL 020 Listening & Speaking II (or appropriate score on placement assessment) This High-Intermediate level course builds upon the listening and speaking skills presented in ESLL 020. Students practice accurately pronouncing English words, using various spoken expressions and phrases, discussing main ideas in conversations, using “tag” questions to ask for information, and inferring meaning from spoken context clues.
