3 Lecture Hours, 3 Lab Hours, 4 Credits Prerequisites: ETEC 107 or PHYS 124 A study of semi-conductor devices and applications. Diodes, transistors, mosfets, FET Transistors and UJT Transistors, SCR’s, and Tri AC’s are analyzed. Laboratory work supplements the lectures.
