ETEC 216 — Architectural and Civil Planning
1 Lecture Hours, 5 Lab Hours, 3 Credits Prerequisites: ETEC 113 This course covers the basics of architectural and civil planning and design. The use of contemporary methods and equipment, including CADD, are studied. Working drawings involving both residential and light commercial buildings are produced. Land planning, subdivisions, site topography, floor plans and construction codes are discussed in detail.
