HIST 121 — The Holocaust
3 Lecture Hours, 3 Credits Prerequisites: ENGL 060 or ENGL 100 This course will examine the constellation of forces that created the conditions culminating in the Holocaust. Particular attention will be given to the historical development of anti-Semitism, the components of Nazi ideology, the nature of totalitarianism and the significance of myths. Finally, this course will evaluate the role of Bystanders, Collaborators and Rescuers. General Education Category: Global and Cultural Awareness (GCA)
