PARA 102 — Litigation and Civil Procedure
3 Lecture Hours, 3 Credits Pre or Corequisites: PARA 101 This course is a comprehensive survey of civil litigation and procedure. Law and litigation techniques from the filing of the lawsuit through the appellate process will be examined. Students draft complaints, pleadings, interrogatories, and a digest of a deposition. Federal and state court rules are studied.
