PARA 125 — Business Organizations for Paralegals
3 Lecture Hours, 3 Credits Prerequisites: ENGL 060 or ENGL 100 Corequisite: PARA 101 This course introduces the paralegal student to the principles of agency law and the basic forms of business organizations, including sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations. Students will prepare the documents necessary to the organization and operation of each form of business.
