RADT 106 — Radiographic Exposure II
2 Lecture Hours, 2 Credits Prerequisites: RADT 101, RADT 102, RADT 103, RADT 104, BI 106 Corequisites: RADT 107, RADT 110, RADT 121, BI 107 This course provides a comprehensive understanding of X-ray equipment, including C-arm, mobile radiography, and fluoroscopy systems, as well as Automatic Exposure Control. Students will explore the principles involved in beam filtration, scatter control, and the relationship to the photographic and geometric properties of the image. Through theoretical instruction, students will gain proficiency in optimizing image quality.
