Topics include rock types and reservoirs, drilling and completion fluids, acidizing and fracturing fluids and cementing. You will obtain practical experience in testing various fluids. An appreciation for safety and the environmental impact of petroleum production will also be discussed. 1.5 Credits Time Guidelines The standard instructional time for this course is 45 hours.
