This course provides a thorough understanding of laws, regulations and standards applicable to the environmental area through case studies and analysis. Emphasis is placed on federal and provincial environmental regulatory frameworks. An overview of international laws, treaties and conventions will be completed. 3 Credits Time Guidelines The standard instructional time for this course is 45 hours.
