CMPN 287 - Internetworks Level III CMPN 287 - Internetworks Level III Description This course provides a comprehensive theoretical and practical approach to learning the technologies and protocols needed to design and implement a converged switched network. Students learn about the hierarchical network design model and appropriate network design approaches. The course explains how to configure, optimize, monitor, and troubleshoot switches and routers in a converged network. Students develop the knowledge and skills necessary to implement a WLAN in a small-to-medium network, and emerging technologies are also explored. 6 Credits Time Guidelines The standard instructional time for this course is 90 hours.
