CPMT 2010 - Project Planning and Scheduling CPMT 2010 - Project Planning and Scheduling Description Project Planning and Scheduling introduces you to the planning, scheduling and control of construction projects, using Critical Path Method (CPM), and Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT).
