CPMT 3060 - Project Risk and Conflict Management CPMT 3060 - Project Risk and Conflict Management Description Regulatory requirements, corporate standards, stakeholder concerns, the public and media interest, financial limitations, technological and environmental issues and risk communication are some of the risk factors that contribute to, and affect, management decisions. In this course, you will learn risk assessment, risk analysis, risk mitigation and risk managment planning with a focus in the construction industry. You will also learn about managing conflicts, managing change orders and resolving disputes in the construction projects. 3 Credits Time Guidelines The standard instructional time for this course is 45 hours.
